Our HSE coordinators consult and advise on the following subjects, but not limited to:

• (lead) development and implementation of site safety procedures
• (lead) development of an emergency response plan
• preparation of bridging documents between Contractors
• ensure investigation of incidents, identification of lessons learned and implementation of corrective actions;
• ensure that Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are performed for all marine operations and being kept up to date and 3rd parties notified of updates;
• share safety information and lessons learned with Contractors and Vessel Operators;
• invite participation of service vessel marine crews in toolbox talks;
• organize and attend safety meetings;
• evaluate and organize emergency drills;
• conduct vessel inspections;
• develop the project access matrix.
